Terms and Conditions

You must follow our terms and conditions whenever you use, browse, register or place an order with Nakedesign. It is your responsibility to know what our latest terms and conditions are.

Please also read our privacy policy and information on delivery as they are a part of these terms.

When using our website

You must :

  • Only use our website for lawful reasons.

You must not use our website in a way that is against the rights of anyone else, or that stops or limits how it is enjoyed by others.

We are not to blame for any loss or damage to you for anything that you use on our website.

We own or license all of the rights on our website, which includes copyright.

You can only use, download and print our content for your own personal use or in-house business reasons.

If you do not have our written agreement, you cannot :

Copy, reproduce, use or deal with any of our website content.
Share or modify any of our website content for any reason.
Reproduce, crawl or frame our website from anywhere else.

Product Information

We always try to give you the most up-to-date product information but sometimes we do get it wrong. This can include :

Not having the right details for the product.

  • Different product packaging than shown.
  • Changes in the product colour.*
  • Showing the wrong amount of stock.** we do not hold current stock levels as we produce the packaging in house, manufacturing of out of stock items is usually within 3-5 working days.
  • We will confirm the amount of stock that we have when we confirm your order.

*This can be caused by differences on your computer screen or device as the actual colour of the product may be different from our website. Some product pages have colour swatches. Please use them as a guide only as they do not show the exact colour of the products.

We may not process your order if we notice that the product information on our website is wrong when you place it,

Product purchasing

There is no contract between you and Nakedesign when you place an order on our website. We will manage your order only when you have received a confirmation email from us.

we keep our products as cost effective as possible however we reserve the right to change prices without giving prior notice.

Promotional codes

Valid promotion codes may be used at  nakedesign.co.uk

Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer or deal. To redeem the discount online, please enter the promotions code at the Checkout. Discounts and promotions online are only valid for orders delivered within the UK. Discounts and promotions may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
Nakedesign reserves the right to terminate any discounts.

 Processing times

we try to process all orders within 48 hours however during busy periods or if items are out of stock this time can increase.

we manufacture the packaging in house so do not keep upto date stock levels if you require your items by a certain date please contact us to find out when delivery is expected.

if you require a faster delivery service please contact us directly and we will try to be of assistance.

Order confirmation

We will send you a receipt of your order in an email. Please read and check the details carefully to make sure that they are correct.

Delivery delays

We are not responsible for any delay in delivery if you are not there to collect your order when it arrives.

In most instances our parcels are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class.

Delivery and returns

You will get standard UK 2nd class delivery on orders of £25.00 or less We charge £3.54 for standard delivery on orders .

Delivery options 

  • Your order will be sent by Royal Mail.   or an alternative delivery service dependent upon the weight and the service chosen.
    Your order should arrive in three to five days.
  • The delivery charge shown is to uk mainland postal codes only. Postage to outside the uk mainland may be subject to surcharges We will contact you if you place an order from outside the uk mainland to discuss.
  • orders are required before 1pm to qualify for next day delivery and are dependent on stock availability.

Delayed Orders

Please call our Customer Services team if your order has not arrived within 28 days with the order reference number from your confirmation email.

Our returns and right to cancel policy

If you’re not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order by post for a refund.

Please double check your order as if you have made error at the time of purchase ie incorrectly chosen the incorrect colour or not checked your products fit before purchasing and you wish to return the product there will be a 10% handling restocking fee deducted from the total of your refund.

Your rights

  • You have the right to cancel your order, without having to give a reason, any time within seven working days – Starting on the day after you receive the goods.
  • We will send you confirmation of your cancellation by email.
  • You will then have 14 days to  return your order to us.

Refunds

If you would like a refund, once we have recieved and checked your return we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within ten working days minus any handling fee if incurred.
